Poor old Opioid Karen moved out of our 'hood and into a hornet's nest of fighting, crime and controversy. We're wishing her a "happy 'hood warming" with Karen cocktails, the perfect blend of salty and sour!
Recipe:
1.5 oz Gin (or more to taste!)
3/4 oz Cointreau
¾ oz fresh lemon juice
1 egg white (optional if you like it frothy. Omit if vegan)
A dash of salt.
Dry Shake (this means to shake all of the ingredients without the ice); next, add ice; shake it like a banshee and strain into a chilled coupe glass. If your Karen is a little too pucker inducing, you can add a dash of simple syrup to sweeten her up. Too bad real life Karen's aren't as easy to fix!
